The local walks and scenery are wonderful, the community lovely and relaxed, and there are few if any downsides as any amenities not within the village can be found within just a few miles drive.

Fir Tree Barn is part of a large agricultural barn dating back probably several hundred years, converted to residential in the latter 20th century. Everywhere you look there is character, from beams aplenty to a large double-sided fireplace. All the rooms are vast, and the natural light throughout is excellent. Set overlooking fields, it is still just a ten minute walk away from the hamlet centre which includes a wonderful pub/ restaurant. There is excellent parking, a lawned private garden plus the potential to use extra outside space if desired.
